Meet Dr. Holly Okerstrom

One of the things I love most about dentistry is the chance to meet so many different people every day. I know that not everyone feels excited about going to the dentist, but the most rewarding part of my job is helping someone move from feeling nervous to feeling relaxed and confident in the dental chair.

I especially enjoy working with both kids and teens, and there’s nothing better than guiding an anxious child through a procedure and hearing them say, “That was so much easier than I expected!” Building that trust and creating positive experiences is a big part of why I love what I do.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Puget Sound and my Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Oregon Health & Science University. I stay current through continuing education, most recently focusing on sedation options to help ensure patients are as comfortable as possible during treatment. I’m also a proud member of the American Dental Association.

I grew up in Corvallis, OR, and have called the Wilsonville area home for over a decade. Life outside the office is full with my wonderful husband, three energetic kids, a bunny, and a whole flock of chickens! Most of my free time is spent cheering on my kids at their various sports and activities, but I also love to cook and travel when I get the chance.
